My teenager will be driving soon, so I'm anticipating a lot more free time on my hands as I transition away from being his part-time chauffeur. And I hope to fill that time supporting other families with their childcare needs. So much of my time has been spent caregiving over the years for my son, his friends, my nephews and nieces, and even the neighbor kids. That has included being class parent, chaperoning field trips, PTA board member and middle school volunteer, and current high school volunteer (all with the necessary background checks and security clearances). I'm reliable and responsible, safe driver with my own car, Red Cross certified in Pediatric and Adult First Aid/CPR, non-smoker, book/dog/plant lover, with a graduate degree. I have extensive experience with dietary restrictions, homework help, listening to the latest updates on classroom drama, driving to and fro, enjoying local educational and cultural activities, and encouraging the very best out of our kids.
