I have always loved and been drawn to the older generation. I grew up in a household that contained both my grandmother and great-grandmother and watched the latter battle Alzheimer's. I have a deep compassion and empathy for the elderly and love hearing their stories and learning from their life experiences. I spent a few years volunteering for Jewish Family Services program called The Brandywine Village and spent time with Seniors, taking them on various outings and running errands for them and with them. Just helping them around the house with light meals and keeping them company and would love to help you as well!
