About Jody

Hello! My name is Jody. I'm a Registered Nurse. I live in Genesee County and have worked in the medical field for over 20 years. I started out working in a day program for adults with disabilities then began doing one-on-one care in homes to assist seniors and families. I also worked as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and went on to get my RN license. As an RN I worked in hospice care, on a medical-surgical unit, orthopedic/neurology unit, etc. I also have experience working in long-term care with seniors with comorbidities as well as dementia. . I'm well versed in senior care and activities of daily living. I'd describe my personality as outgoing, friendly dependable, compassionate, and loyal. One thing you should know about me is I've worked with senior citizens for over 15 years. My skills include medication administration and management, bathing, mobility assistance, food prep and administration, and companionship. I'm also a huge pet lover and have two labradors.
