I have worked in a nursing home over 25 years. I took a small break and worked at a daycare. I loved it but it just didn't pay enough.! Being an Activity Director is like being a teacher! You have to be kind and you have to be patient and loving. I have two adult kids and a 3-year-old grandson. We have him for the whole month of July and I would love to start keeping kiddos in my home as of June 1st. The elderly, kids and animals have always been my passion and my calling. I know first hand how scary the world is and how hard it is to trust people! I babysat before I started working at a grocery store at 16. I still babysit for friends or anyone who needs me to! My friend and her husband foster and I am on their approval list! I did in home care when my 27-year-old was a baby. So, I also have that experience. I will love your kids as my own! My rates are negotiable!
