About Jodi
Experience: 10 yrs
I am a retired teacher of both secondary (primarily 11/12th grades) and as an adjunct professor. I have dedicated my entire life to the care and well-being of children of all ages. I am an educator and an advocate for youth within the foster care system. Most recently, I was a volunteer CASA, an advocate for foster care youth. A CASA is a liaison between the foster family, the biological parents, CPS, the court system, and the children's school and medical personnel. Aside from raising my daughter and my professional career, my greatest joys have been and will always be nurturing youth of all ages. Finding myself retired, an empty-nester, and still young, nannying gives me a way to keep doing what I have always enjoyed the most. Nurturing youth. I can promise you I am worth every penny, and I will care for your child as if they were my own.
