I have had experience working with seniors in various capacities, both in personal and professional settings. My work with seniors has taught me valuable skills such as patience, empathy, and effective communication, which have greatly shaped my work ethic. In terms of activities, I've assisted seniors with transportation, helping them to and from medical appointments or social outings, ensuring they feel safe and supported. Shopping is another area where I have assisted seniors, whether it's by helping them navigate the store, carrying groceries, or simply offering companionship during the trip. I also enjoy engaging in activities like playing card games or other recreational pastimes. These activities are not only fun but serve as a great way to connect with seniors on a deeper level, providing cognitive stimulation and a sense of community. Additionally, my experience working in a hospital setting with seniors has given me exposure to medical care.
