About Jocelyn

I'm a childcare provider with a passion for fostering children's growth and development. I'm currently completing my early child education course work at Ventura college but I have some experience with kids form taking care of family members I'm comfortable caring for one child at a time. I'm patient, calm, creative, and imaginative. I communicate with parents about their child's day or any issues that arise by following their preferred method, whether it's verbal communication at pickup or regular updates via text or phone call. I follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules and enjoy playing board games, puzzles, and educational games with children. I have some college education, have taken coursework in early child development. I speak English and Spanish well. It brings me great joy to be able to help children learn and grow, and I look forward to meeting you and your family!
