Jocelyn was responsive and friendly via Care.com and over the phone. We set up an interview for her to stop by and meet my wife and children and she missed the appointment. She said she had the wrong day and apologized. We rescheduled, she appeared and was again very friendly and pleasant in person. A follow up "test run" was set up for her to babysit our kids a week later. She again failed to show. She did not return voicemail or email. She did not return texts. Complete radio silence. NOT dependable or reliable.
