I'd describe my personality as reserved and calm I like caring for people with special needs because I believe by providing support and access to opportunity, we can help people with special needs participate fully in their communities. I'm looking for a job that aligns with my skills and interests, a positive work environment, work life balance, and impactful work I started caring for people with special needs when I was rostered to take care of an Autism patient who almost took the life of a person, where I was there as a caregiver and also as security to a person. In my spare time, I like to do research on how to make my work better in regards to the person with special needs One thing you should know about me is that my work is very effective when I do it alone My skills include communication, organization and compassion.
