I'm a medical professional with 30 plus years. I took care of my father who had diabetes and a stroke. Also, I took care of my mother diagnosis with Alzheimer's. It was really hard to see her go through the stages of the disease. I loved taking care of her. I gave her emotional support and communicated with her and did puzzles to keep mind occupied. I'd describe my personality as dependable, communicative, and diligent. I like caring for seniors because. I have great empathy and compassion for seniors. I like to build a meaningful relationship with them. You have to be patient and understanding giving them time to express their feelings and emotional support to them. I started caring for seniors when I was a young teenager. First my father. Then my mother as adult which was a pleasure. In my spare time, I like to do crafts and spend time with friends and family. I like to read and study the Bible. My skills include strong communication, leadership, and problem solving.
