About Joan

I provided care giving to my own elderly parents, one who had Parkinson's Disease, for eight years before their passing. I'd describe my personality as empathetic, understanding and patient. I like caring for seniors because if we are all so lucky one day we will all be one. I'm looking for a job that would help family members that are looking for someone to sit and spend time with their elderly love one while they can attend to other matters stress free. I started caring for seniors when I cared for my own parents. In my spare time, I like to bake, read and spend time with my family. One thing you should know about me is my caring ways and pleasant manner. My skills include listening, providing comfort, and safety.
