About Joan

Hello My name is Joan. I am a mom of 4 children, my youngest is going to college in the fall. I owned and operated a licensed in home daycare for 10 years, but decided that less was more transitioning to working as a full time Nanny 2020. I love working with children. I believe there is no better job or experience than watching a child become who they are meant to be by interacting with them in a positive, loving manner, showing them consistency, and limits thru positive age appropriate activities, play and experiences. I believe that positive honest open lines of communication and mutual respect are essential between a provider and parent/ parents. I really believe when people say it takes a village to raise happy, healthy children. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you.
