About Joan

Kids are my life. I love children! Whether it is raising them, educating them, or coaching them, I love it all! My specialty is in school age kids. I have extensive experience taking care of their basic needs like meals, play and rest schedules, learning and enrichment. I think physical, intellectual, emotional and social development is important. I am extensively CPR and first aid trained, as I was a professional sports coach and worked in the education field. I am dependable and would love to work for a family that needs an engaging nanny. I especially like teaching social skills, doing activities and being physically active, taking kids to parks and keeping a healthy active lifestyle. I have tutored, taught, and homeschooled almost every subject. I have a substitute teaching credential and graduated from UCIrvine.
