My name is Joann. I am currently studying Middle Childhood Education in the areas of math, science, and reading at The Ohio State University. I have 5 siblings that are younger than me that I have been tutoring in reading and math for a couple years, who have excelled and are high test scorers. I have exceeded in math classes for years and have been keeping up with new methods. Although I'm in middle childhood education I can teach up to Algebra 3 very proficiently. I do well at changing methods to your accommodate your child's understanding. Chemistry is also a strong area of mine, I've taken 3 years of chem in college. Students tend to struggle with the math areas of chemistry, which I can also adjust and accommodate to their understandings. With my patience and expertise, your child will soon be an expert as well!
