About Joann

I am currently an IHSS Provider, caregiver, My Mom had dementia, so I have experience with tell-tale signs of cognitive degeneration. She was diagnosed with diabetes & Parkinson's disease. My Mom-in-Law had high blood pressure, cholesterol, triglycerides and had bouts of syncope. She was also diagnosed with diabetes. I have the propensity to enjoy the company of my elders as they have so much wisdom to impart unto me. I learn something new every day. With that said, personally, I find this role enriching and fulfilling to help someone navigate through their aging process. I have been a paid infant/toddler/child sitter for more than 32+ years. I also love dogs & cats. would like to be a pet sitter! I am currently on a break from working towards my degree in Human Services to complete my Medical Billing & Coding course. I worked as an Administrative & Clinical Medical Assistant and lean towards healthcare.
