Joanne is loving, caring, professional and proactive. She wants her clients to be comfortable and enjoy their days with her. She proactively comes up with items of interest and things to do so they are not bored. She pays attention to their health details and will notify you of changes or concerns. Joanne will go over and above to help the patient, the family and other care givers. She is truly a five-star caregiver (I'd give her more if I could!!) Hire her, you won't regret it!!
