Joanne was great! She was very reliable for all my needs and dependable. She picked me up from my procedure and gave me companionship afterwards. I initially hired her for 3 days but ended up extending 2 more and she was very accommodating and helpful. She helped not only with small daily tasks but also some errands and getting my medications. She even would check-in in the mornings while on her way and in the evenings after she'd left to make sure I was ok and did not need anything.
