I'm Jo, a retired Pre-K transportation driver with over 20 years of experience working with children. My love for fostering children's growth and development, along with my positive babysitting experiences, motivated me to become a caregiver. I'm patient, calm, creative, imaginative, and friendly, which helps me connect with children and create a nurturing environment. I believe in open communication with parents and provide regular updates about their child's day and any issues that arise. I follow the parents' lead in enforcing household rules, ensuring consistency and respect for their parenting style. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including board games, puzzles, educational games, and technology-based games. I'm comfortable caring for one child and have experience with ages 0 to 11, particularly 1 to 3 years old. I'm available part-time and have a car for transportation.
