Joanna has been with our family since my 2 yo daughter was 6 months old. She is amazing! She helps every morning with getting breakfast ready for both my kids and always has a fun activity planned for my daughter, be it exploring different libraries, a park district activity, the park, etc. She is very passionate about her job, and I can see she really cares for my daughter. She has been with us through some tough feeding times, sleep training, potty training. She also helps with my son on the random days he is off from preschool and is very active with the kids. We get along incredibly well, and she truly is a part of our family. We will be very sad to not see her as often as my daughter will be starting school but plan for evening/weekend babysitting with Joanna in the future.
