"Joanna V, also known as Alee, was an exceptional nanny who provided us with a wonderful three-week experience. We genuinely wished we could have retained her services longer, but due to a family emergency, we had to regrettably part ways with Alee. We interviewed numerous nannies, but Alee stood out as the most responsible and dependable one. During those three weeks, she diligently established a well-structured schedule for my 15-month-old daughter, covering everything from meal times to nap schedules, playtime, and reading. Alee was incredibly attentive as our daughter started exploring her newfound mobility, ensuring her safety and encouraging her curiosity. Alee's communication skills were exemplary, and she displayed remarkable flexibility in coordinating schedules with our family. After just one week, Alee had earned our trust, and we felt comfortable leaving our daughter under her care at home. We had peace of mind knowing our baby was not only safe but also happy with her. Alee's caring and nurturing nature extended beyond childcare, as she occasionally assisted with house cleaning while our baby napped. This support significantly reduced our daily burdens, and her presence made coming home a joy. Alee did incredible job, although our time together was brief, we became friends quickly, and we genuinely hope she finds an excellent job soon.
