About Joanna

Hi. My name is Joanna but I go by Asia. Originally from Poland, I received my US citizenship just a few months ago. I have a toddler son he I cared for at home since birth. Now I'm ready to start working again, part time. I have lots of love to give to people who are troubled, sick and lonely. I've always been the highly sensitive and empathetic person and I'm so glad I found a career where these traits are welcome and needed. I have nearly 2 years of experience, including caring for my own grandma after she was released from hospital post Covid. She was highly cognitively impaired afterwards. My professional experience started at a nursing home where I worked with residents with dementia. After moving to Cambridge with my husband I found employment at an assisted living here in town. I can help with Home Care and Errands/Shopping, meal prepping, bathing, every day activities, companionship.
