Joanna is fantastic. She hopped right into the deep end with my two kids (4 and 2) and took on full dinner and bed routine with them on the first visit. She is so kind and patient with the kids and they look forward to seeing her each visit! She is great at planning and communication and always punctual. We have loved getting to know her and the kids can’t wait to see her again- as they proved by running to give her hugs just the second time she came!
