About Joanna

My name is Joanna and I am a professional ballet dancer! I graduated from Mercyhurst College with my BFA. Growing up in a musician's family was very exciting, and the love and passion my parents expressed in using their gifts and talents to teach children inspired me to work with children. I've worked with kids since high school at summer camp jobs and teaching dance classes. At these summer camps, I held a lot of responsibility with creating activities, scheduling, and upholding safety and protocol of the camp. I would be responsible for 15-20 girls at one time for the whole summer. A lot of my experience also comes from teaching dance classes to groups of children with ages ranging from 3-18. I would teach in college and I have been teaching since moving to Dallas as well! During the year, I'm looking for morning drop off hours as well as after school hours. My summer schedule is more open from June-August and we can discuss that! I look forward to connecting with you.
