About Joanna

Hi there, I'm Joanna. I currently work as a Youth and Family Programs Coordinator at a science center and am seeking an evening part-time caregiver position. I have a strong background in family programs and childcare. I worked for two years as a private nanny and have worked for 10 as a museum educator at the Mathers Museum of World Cultures, Marbles Kids Museum, and Morehead Planetarium and Science Center. I'm a classical musician by training and love reading, art, and legos. I am extremely organized and reliable. You can count on me to show up when I say I will and communicate when there's a problem. I'm very detail oriented and will quickly pick up any necessary routines, medication schedules, etc. I'm also honest and invested in your family's needs---I'm happy to help with housework, hygiene, and homework, and you won't find me buried in my phone.
