About Joanna

I'd describe my personality as organized, responsible, and adaptable. I like working with animals because I grew up with them. Dogs especially have been a big part of my life from a young age. I'm looking for a job that makes sense for us both, something that feels win-win. I started working with animals when I graduated from college and decided to try volunteering at a shelter. Growing up, I cared for my two dogs, also. In my spare time, I like to do improv theater, hike, and research interior design. My skills include working with dogs in any age range and breed, providing medication, and close supervision at dog parks, if your dog is already socialized. I've also worked with shy dogs who are nervous around new people.
