About Joan

I've dedicated the past year to becoming a childcare provider because I greatly enjoyed my previous babysitting roles and want to support families by providing reliable childcare. I'm the first of seven and we have over eight kids in the family two of them being mine. I've babysat for friends and family plenty of time, so I can say I have experience with children of all types of ages. My creative/friendly nature allows me to easily connect with children and make their days fun and engaging. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and enjoy playing all sorts of games with children, from outdoor sports to board games and even technology-based games. I'm also fluent in both English and Spanish. With First Aid and CPR training, I prioritize safety and am always prepared to handle any situation. I believe in open communication and will provide regular updates to parents. I'm also happy to help with light housekeeping and meal preparation. I look forward to meeting you and your family!
