Hi my name is Joan. I've been a teacher for Carroll ISD for 11 years. I'm A reading specialist and tutor. Im certified to teach Pre-K to 6th grade. I have three kids of my own. I have twins who are 23 and a high schooler who is 17. I'm very experienced with children of all ages including special needs children. I was also an ESL ( English as a second language ) teacher for many years. Im looking for some part time jobs babysitting , tutoring , helping with homework, infant and toddler care and home school help. I'd describe my personality as dependable, intuitive, and easy going. I like working with kids because I get to see them learn and grow. It's rewarding to be a part of their education and daily lives. They are really funny and make me laugh !
