Joan is the most amazing nanny! She saved us after my son was having a horrible time in daycare and needed some extra help. She has always been prompt or early, so patient and attentive to my son, and overall was such a joy to have in our household. We have also used her for babysitting nights, as well as a regular nanny. She's the best!
