Joanie is an extraordinarily patient and thoughtful caregiver. She watched my 4-year old son twice a week for a full school year - which included picking him up from school, driving him home, and playing with him until we were done with work. She brought a calm, focused energy to play and he built/crafted/did art with her more than any other babysitters! She would play Legos, paint, do chalk art, and many other activities. He is stubborn and can be quite challenging - I was impressed how calm and collected Joanie was able to stay. Any family would be lucky to have her!
