About Joanie

I have been a Director of Daycare and Summer care and church nursery. I am a Grand Aunt to a 2-year-old boy and a 3-year-old girl two 5-year-old's and an 8-year-old girl. I am an AUNT to two nephews and a niece whom I helped raise. I am excellent with children, patient, can make ANYTHING a fun toy, like to read, color, play board games, play with dolls, sing, go to parks/swinging/slides, cook things with kids, tea parties(!), but I am not so great at Xbox or video games but I can watch! I am a kind, hard-working, organized, retired, clean and tidy Christian woman. I work at the church nursery Wednesday nights and am on the prayer team at my local church. I volunteer as staff at some self-improvement personal development workshops. I have helped with children Christian camps at churches as well. I prefer to play and create things and talk and laugh with kids rather than sit them in front of the TV.
