Natalie has nannied full-time for my 6 year old, 3 year old, 2 year old and newborn for 8 months. I cannot say enough positive things about her. She is energetic, engaging, hands on and creative, and keeps cool with the chaos. Dependable, flexible, easy-going, firm yet gentle, and an incredible role model for my girls!
