About Joan

Hi there! My name is Joan- I am a 24-year-old dedicated and passionate childcare worker who works as an instructional assistant with kindergarteners at an elementary school during the school year. I offer a strong foundation and natural ability in early childhood care, exceptional communication skills, and a genuine desire to support and enhance the growing experience for young children. I am committed to fostering a positive and nurturing environment that promotes a fun and caring bond between myself and the children I am caring for. I recently moved out to Pacific Grove and due to the fact that the school I currently work at is in Watsonville I am looking for work out here instead.
