About Jim

PET CARE: I have many years of experience with pets, both as an owner, and as a pet-sitter and dog-walker. I ran a small dog-care company in college ("VIP- Very Important Pets"). I also worked at the Pet Bazaar doggy daycare in Carolina Beach, NC. I have boarded dogs in my home and I have an enclosed (knee-high) doggie fence (approximately 2. 5 feet high), so small dogs can spend long periods of time outside if preferred. I live in a small beach community in Murrells Inlet where the speed limit is 10 miles per hour with few cars, so it is a very safe community for pets. CHILDCARE EXPERIENCE: I have worked throughout the preschool and elementary school system in Horry County as a substitute teacher and I really enjoy working with children. I am also a former actor with many television commercials, and taught Acting For Beginners at the Art & Work Ensemble Theatre Company in New York City (taught children ages 7-11). I would describe my personality as reliable, consistent, and fun.
