I have worked as an independent caregiver for people & their pets. Many clients have become treasured, longtime friends. The care I provide is in accordance with my client's needs, & has included: preparing/serving meals, medication mgmt, emergency response (most often involving falls or household mishaps like leaks), light housekeeping, errands, transportation to appts, organizing/downsizing/preparing for a move, organizing effects of an estate or simply being a visiting friend/companion. My relationships with clients & their family members are ones of mutual trust, respect, & yes, affection. I am a natural advocate for those who need it, a trustworthy guardian and friend, and a genuinely compassionate caregiver. I truly enjoy those I serve both people and pets and have made many wonderful friends and memories through my work. If asked to check (or happen to notice) a minor household malfunction or lightbulb or bed in need of changing, I tend to it, something a client was reluctant to
