I have 2 years of previous nanny experience, and 3 years of professional swim instructions for kids aged 8m-14 years! I am CPR, water safety, and swim instructor certified. I am an outdoor loving introvert who loves teaching kids about more than education. I pride myself in teaching life skills and social skills. I use child exploration, prompting a child to really blossom in a safe place. I am structured, but flexible. I value human emotions and do my best to help children learn how to understand them and take care of them properly. We hired Jillian for an ongoing nanny position to look after our toddler. She quickly bonded with my daughter and was incredibly attentive and caring. Helped my daughter talk through difficult feelings, and engaged with her with all sort of age appropriate activities. Jillian was very proactive and would handle things without being asked. Dependable, punctual and great communicator.
