About Jillian

Hi, I'm Jillian! My passion for positively impacting children's lives led me to pursue a Graduate degree in Mental Health Counseling to become a child psychologist. Throughout my journey, I've gained valuable experience working with children. I supported children with developmental needs as an RBT and ensured their safety as a lifeguard, even teaching swim lessons! As a patient, calm, and friendly caregiver, I prioritize open communication with parents, whether it's through verbal updates at pickup or regular texts and calls. I believe in respecting the parents' lead when enforcing household rules. I enjoy engaging children in various activities, including outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and technology-based games and apps. With one year of experience, I'm comfortable caring for up to three children, aged 1-5. As a non-smoker with a car, I'm pet-friendly too!
