I currently work in CPS as a SECA specializing in one of one help with children who have IEPS or disabilities. I am a firm believer in children learn as they grow like the plant cycle. It takes a village starting at home in their environment. Teachers and care givers are to continue the growth of the plant by pouring into the children with knowledge , experience's, and a nurturing environment. I do not like to be labeled as a baby sitter because I provide more than that. Children are my passion I love what I do and it shows through my work ethnic.
