About Jillian

As a caregiver with seven years of experience, I'm passionate about nurturing children's growth and development. My patient, creative, and friendly nature helps me connect with children and build a positive, nurturing environment. I believe in open communication with parents and follow their preferred method, whether it be verbal updates at pickup or regular text or phone calls. My approach to enforcing household rules is guided by the parents' lead, ensuring consistency for the children. I enjoy a variety of games with children, from outdoor activities to board games and educational games that stimulate learning. Holding a degree in Early childhood and Elementary Education, First Aid Training & CPR Training, I'm equipped with the knowledge and skills to provide a safe and nurturing environment for infants to children age 11. My experience with special needs children and coursework in early child development further enhance my ability to cater to each child's individual needs.
