About Jill

I am a grandmother of a 17-year-old and mother of 2 adult sons. I am an artist and enjoy cooking. I can help with meal prep, crafts, and errands. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in human services and a Master of Arts degree in Communication Studies. I retired from a 40+ year career in grant writing and administration, as human service administration where I worked with special needs adults and children. I taught art classes with special needs populations. I provided end of life care for my brother who passed away from terminal cancer. I also provided assistance with transportation, errands, outings, and medical appointments for a senior with visual impairments. I am also a professional artist and show my work at local galleries and art centers. I'm interested in working about 5 hours / day for up to 2 days per week providing companionship with seniors, and/ or occasional child care.
