Grace was our nanny 3 fill days/week for about 2 years and I can’t say enough how amazing she was to our family. Our time ended only because we had to relocate across the country. She goes above and beyond with being very intentional and engaged with our kiddos, extremely proactive finding activities and outings and always coming prepared with a plan for the day. She does due diligence to research specific ideas and activities for our kid’s needs, and is above and beyond helpful and hard working. I would literally encourage her to relax and take a break sometimes as she would help around our house, pay close attention to the little “extras” and needs that honesty make a mother able to relax a little herself if that makes sense. She’s very reliable, hard working and responsible and became a very dear part of our family.
