We’ve had the immense pleasure of having Jill as our nanny for our baby daughter from the time she was 2.5 months old until 11 months, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. Unfortunately, our family's move to another state means we have to part ways, and we are truly disappointed because Jill is irreplaceable. If we could teleport her Jill exemplifies professionalism, reliability, and genuine care in every aspect of her work. She has been incredibly reliable, always ensuring she arrives well before her start time to account for any potential traffic delays. In fact, there hasn't been a single day when she was late. Her responsiveness and excellent communication skills have made coordinating schedules and discussing our daughter's needs seamless and stress-free. What sets Jill apart is her professionalism and thoughtfulness. She is extremely attentive to our parenting preferences and style, always willing to adapt her approach to align with our family's values. Her ability to listen and adapt as our daughter’s routine has changed as she has grown has been invaluable, making us feel confident and comfortable leaving our daughter in her care. It is abundantly clear that Jill loves children and genuinely enjoys caring for them. Her warmth, patience, and nurturing nature have fostered a loving environment where our daughter has thrived. We are so grateful for the positive impact she has had on our family during this crucial time in our daughter's development. Jill is truly an exceptional caregiver, and any family would be fortunate to have her as part of their lives. We will miss her dearly!
