For the past year and a half, I have been taking care of a couple who both suffer with Dementia and Parkinson's Disease. I assist them in taking their daily meds, showering, dressing, preparing meals, laundry and general housekeeping. The past year and a half has been the hardest time in my life but I wouldn't change a minute of it. At this time, the family has decided to move this couple into a nursing home. I'm hoping to find a family that I can help out and care for their loved one as if their loved one was my own family. I have been active in the medical field for the past 30 years in various roles.
