About Jia Yi

Hi, I'm Jia! I'm a caring, responsible nanny with over 10 years of experience caring for children from infants to teens. As the oldest of four siblings, nurturing kids comes naturally to me. I hold a B. A. in Psychology, am fluent in English & Mandarin, and have CPR/First Aid certification (in-person training in progress). Currently, I care for two toddlers in Brooklyn, speaking with them in Mandarin to support language skills, preparing healthy meals, creating fun learning activities, reading stories, and maintaining safe, consistent routines. I believe in fostering kindness, respect, and cooperation while encouraging curiosity and a love for learning. I'm dependable, patient, and work closely with families to ensure children thrive in a safe, supportive, and engaging environment.
