Promoted to shift lead after two months. - Work closely with and mentor youth who struggle emotionally, cognitively, and behaviorally. - Advocate for the students in weekly meetings with therapists, academic advisors, other shift leads, and school districts as we assessed their progress and adjusted goals to ensure their effectiveness. - Update parents weekly about the progress of their child and shared plans on how the efforts for their improvement will continue. Missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints - Served for 18 months as a missionary in Missouri and Argentina. - Taught people of various ages and created plans to reach goals that improved their way of living.
