Back home, I worked with a professional sitting agency and continue to work for their management team. In addition to babysitting, I have experience as a camp counselor as well. My approach to childcare is to treat kiddos with respect - I often get made fun of for the way that I speak to kids, but I truly believe that they are capable of understanding much more than some people give them credit for.
