About Jess

I have a BS in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and am pursing a PhD in Molecular and Cellular Pathology and an MS bioinformatics. My skills are advanced in the sciences, including physics and math. I am also strong in literature and writing and have presented my work in the past. I enjoy teaching the basics and advanced material in these subjects. I also can teach Spanish and level 1-3 French, social studies, and help students prepare for standardized tests. Lastly, I am very considerate of the personality and learning style of a student. I make learning the material efficient and as enjoyable as possible. Other: In my spare time I like to play sports, especially soccer. I enjoy singing, reading novels and art and crafts to keep the creative brain active, and I am slowly re-teaching myself the violin.
