Hello, I am a caring and outgoing person who loves caring for others. As described in my special needs profile, I have a strong background over six and a half years' experience in teaching and providing support services to special needs children. Within this time frame, I have nanny for two families with special needs children, even one family with infant twins. In addition, I have previous experience working as a lead teacher in the infant room at a daycare center. My education and training has provided me with a better understanding of child development and taught me how to incorporate learning into play.
