About Jessica

I'd describe my personality as respectful, good sense of humor, and empathetic. I like caring for seniors because the aging population is very underserved and I love the company they keep. Just as they love having me around, I love being around for them. I'm looking for a job that will allow me to change a seniors quality of life. I love being able to serve them and make a positive impact on their day to day activities. I started caring for seniors when I was 12 years old with my nanny who had dementia. I started professionally caregiving about 2 years ago. In my spare time, I like to play my flute I have been playing for about 10 years. One thing you should know about me is I have a great sense of humor and never fail to put a smile on someone's face. I complete daily tasks, even if I have to redirect them and retry the task an hour or two later. My skills include compassion, patience, problem solving.
