Jennifer/Nikki came to work at the appointed time. Nikki is a very personable, likable and articulate woman. Nikki worked for about an hour and then asked to take a phone call outside. After a total of two and a half hours later she asked if she could take a sandwich that she had to her stepmother that lives a short distance away. She never returned. She never called. After she left we slowly found flaws. Keep in mind it took her about three hours to sort of clean kitchen, and make bed in master suite. Went to heat up item in microwave, the rotating tray was off track. Then set pan on stove to cook and the grates were on backwards where center grate was on outside edge (and they are specific to center and edge) and they were not centered on their mounts. When lighting the stove it was evident the burner caps were not on the right burners. The small cap and large caps were exchanged. Hard to miss that one. Then the bed. The fitted sheets have elastic corners and elastic bands to go over edges of bed to keep them from creeping up. I told her how to use them. She did not bother with the straps and the elastic corners were only half way down the sides. Unfortunately, Nikki does not have the experience to be a housekeeper. She will need guidance if she decides to stay.
