Jess is an exceptional nanny for my two boys. I am a child clinical psychologist and am blown away by how she engages with my kids. Jess is highly creative and patient, and she often comes up with new, fun ideas and activities for the boys to engage in. In addition to having fun, Jess is always attentive to routines and rules. On nights when I have worked late, she gets the boys into their nighttime routine on time and without a fuss. My youngest has some sensory issues, and Jess works together with him, respecting his autonomy but encouraging him just a little beyond is comfort zone to support his development. Jess also reinforces screen time rules that I set, and she has taught my little one safety rules, such as looking both ways to cross the street and waiting for an adult. Lastly, and least importantly to me, Jess always notices right away something that I am behind with in the household, whether it's dishes, laundry, etc. She jumps right in, and it's such a delight to have a few chores caught up on by the time I'm done with work. I truly cannot recommend Jessica highly enough as a nanny. My boys warmed up to her very quickly and get excited every time she comes over the watch them. You will be lucky to have her if she is able to sit for your family! I will continue to have her sit as long as I can!
